A second round of talks between Russian and Ukrainian officials in Belarus has ended with an agreement to form humanitarian corridors. According to a Xinhua report, the talks ended yesterday, with both sides discussing military issues, the possibility of a future political settlement, and the ongoing humanitarian issues.
